Your role - UX/UI Designer

We are now seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our Product and Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centred design principles and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

 

Your Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.

Develop high-quality visual designs and user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Enrich and promote our Design System, best practices, and standards (ensure consistency of customer experience across channels and devices).

Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize customer journeys and design process.

Carry out audits of existing web pages or digital interfaces, assess the level of criticality of the identified problems and recommend solutions.

Test, measure and optimize deliverables continuously – you will be responsible for the usability of new digital features launched.

 

Profile and skills

Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or another related field.

Proven UX/UI design experience (min 4 years) with a strong portfolio.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe, or similar tools.

Understanding of basic front-end languages (e.g.,HTML, CSS & Javascript)

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in both French and English.
